being healthy means many things
For some people it means an hour of heavy weight lifting and protein shakes, and for others it means yoga three times a week and whatever lunch they can fit between meetings or their kids' play dates.
In college I used to run 40+ miles a week, mix in lifting, and ate a vegan diet. Then when I graduated and hit the real world, I needed an IV of coffee, ate what was convenient and gained 20+ pounds.
As an adult I have found what fits my body best. And not just in the gym; in the kitchen, for my skin, for my happiness. Being healthy means something different to everyone, so let me take a moment of your time to show you what it means to me
