FULL BODY DUMBBELL WORKOUT, w/ NORDICTRACK

Whether you’re in the gym, or in your living room, all you need is one set of dumbbells to get a great full body workout! And with the NordicTrack Select-A-Weight Dumbbell set, that is very literal! However if you find the right set of weights for this workout, you literally just need one set of weights, even a set that you can get from Target, in order to get a great full body dynamic workout.

When it comes to the upper body in this workout, the focus is the upper back: rear belts, lats, and mid-lower traps. These muscles are so important for a healthy back and posture! I have recently realized that my upper back muscles have certain areas of weakness which has led to neck problems, so now every workout that I do, even if it’s lower body, I focus on those muscles in my back to keep my posture in line and my back safe.

Now, let’s get sweating!

A great place to start with this workout is 3 sets of 10-12 if you are a beginner. If you want to test yourself, try 15-18 reps for all 3 sets. I also love the interval option as well! 40 seconds on, 20 seconds off, 2-3 rounds.
