Where has this style been all my life??
The trend started slowly, but now it’s taking over. Everything from vests, to jackets, to sweaters, to tunic-takeovers.
And I’m leading the charge! I love this style! Not only because it is cute and a great style to have to top off your outfit, but because IT’S FLATTERING!
I’ve always been pear-shaped, so when all stores sell are cuts that crop my body right in the middle… well, that just doesn’t look very good! Longline doesn’t do that. It lengthens. It hides things 😉 And it’s sophisticated!
Listen, I’m almost 30-years-old! I no longer want to wear things that look like I am trying too hard, nor do I really even want to see that on other people :-/
The fall season is when longline comes in full force. Sweaters and vests are going to be taking over this season and if you have one or two good pieces in this style? You’re good to go!
